Hello all I hope everyone is having a great day.
Here is a trip report on how to hike Mt Ossa and Pelion West in one day.

I started from the Arm River Track and headed up to the New Pelion West Hut took about 4 hours to the hut.
Left the hut around 9.30 am to head up to Ossa. There was way to much snow and the risk was too high (solo most of the way), I was so close to the top it wasn't funny but just was too unsafe for my liking. So I made my way down and hiked up to Pelion West instead. It was such a nice view from the top. I could see everywhere not a cloud in the sky.
I stayed two nights in the new hut.

Comment below if anyone has made it to Ossa before and any other side trips everyones been on from the Overland Track and everyone experiences.
